Position: Sales Account Manager
Location:Nigeria (Remote with travel as needed)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Develop and deliver effective sales pitches to promote our logistics brokerage services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure contracts and ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives and client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Regularly update the company on sales activities, progress, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with logistics processes and international shipping is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
