Position: Sales Account Manager

Location:Nigeria (Remote with travel as needed)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify  potential clients and generate leads.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales pitches to promote our logistics brokerage services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure contracts and ensure repeat business.
  • Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives and client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Regularly update the company on sales activities, progress, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with logistics processes and international shipping is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
